Single Vision: Single vision lenses have the same optical focal point or correction over the entire area of the lens. Wearers who do not exhibit presbyopia will need single vision lenses to improve their visual needs. As a solution for presbyopia, single vision lenses will only correct near vision. To see things far away, you need to remove your glasses or look over them.
Bi-Focal: Bifocal lenses usually have a straight visible line that defines separation of the lens. The top area is for distance vision and the bottom area is reserved for reading.
Tri-Focal: The trifocal lens has three separate areas within the lens. Each has different focal distances which include distance, reading, and intermediate viewing. The intermediate viewing is usually placed in the middle of the lens in between distance and reading.
Progressive: Progressive lenses are very similar to tri-focal lenses. However, with progressive lenses, there is a smoother transition within the whole lens from distance viewing to near vision. The smoother transition eliminates the segmented lines which allows for clear vision at all distances.
Crizal® Anti-Reflective Coating: Crizal Coating is designed to reduce glare in your lens. Anti-reflective lenses improve vision under fluorescent light and during computer use. Also, with Crizal, you will feel safer and more comfortable when driving at night since there will no longer be glare from oncoming headlights or street lights.
Transitions® Lenses: Transitions Lenses are a responsive lens for indoor and outdoor use. The lens is fully clear indoors and transitions to a darker lens in outdoor conditions. Using a photochromic technology, the lens reacts to UV light in bright sun, partial sun, and cloudy environments.
Prescription Sunglasses: Prescription sunglasses are meant to protect your eyes from harmful UV rays. We can fit your prescription lenses into a desired pair of designer sunglasses so you can have clear vision, protection, and style all at the same time.
